While each country’s supply chain needs are unique, we’ll support you to secure products that meet our specifications—either via the U.S. or localized sourcing networks. These products include food, packaging, small wares and produce.

Operations – Increase transactions and sales growth with the Franchise Director of Operations dedicated to continuous improvement of your store’s financial health. Your Director will advise you on restaurant operations, facility and reinvestment strategies and make  recommendations about pricing and marketing. You’ll be counseled on human resources practices like recruitment, retention, development, organizational structure and training, plus capital spending, long-term reinvestment plans and growth strategies. We focus on your store’s operations so you can overdeliver on the things that matter most to customers—food quality, customer service and cleanliness.

J. DAVID KARAM

Slice of choice: Double Duo Extreme Pepperoni
David has been the Chief Executive Officer since 2013 and also serves as Chairman of the Board. David is a long time industry veteran, having been the President of Wendy's International as well as having owned and operated one of the largest Wendy's Franchise Operations, Cedar Enterprises, for over 30 years.

BOYD JOHANSON

Slice of choice: Pepperoni
Boyd joined Sbarro in 2017 as VP of Operations and was promoted to COO in early 2018. Before Sbarro, Boyd spent over 15 years at Cedar Enterprises, one of Wendy’s largest franchises, in numerous Senior Operations roles. Boyd has spent his entire career in the restaurant industry with brands such as Boston Market, Old Country Buffet, Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant and Chi Chi’s.

MARK INZETTA

Slice of choice: Double Duo Extreme Pepperoni
Mark joined Sbarro in 2014 and serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mark has significant franchising legal experience, having come to Sbarro after a 30 year career at Wendy's.

ROHAN SHEARER

Slice of choice: Four-Cheese White
Rohan has been with Sbarro since 2013 and as Chief Administrative Officer oversees Human Resources, Training, IT and Corporate Administration. An industry veteran of over 20 years, Rohan has Franchise and Company experience with Wendy's, Café Express, and Domino's pizza.

BRIAN DANIELS

Slice of choice: Pepperoni, but Mama’s Meatball is a close second!
Brian joined Sbarro in 2015 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. During a nearly 30 year career at Wendy’s, Brian led many functions including field finance, operational financial support, payroll, accounts payable, sales audit, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis.

CARLO AGOSTINELLI

Slice of choice: Double Duo Extreme Pepperoni
Carlo joined Sbarro in 2016 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development. Carlo brings over 25 years of development and leasing expertise specializing in non-traditional venues, including more than half of his career with a major international airport and national mall management companies. He also led non-traditional venue development efforts at Dairy Queen for 10 years.

AURELIEN ORPHANIDES

Slice of choice: Supremo
Aurelien joined Sbarro in 2007 and is Senior Vice President, International Operations, guiding the regional team that support franchise partners worldwide. Bringing extensive experience within the QSR and food business, Aurelien spent 4 years with Sodexho France as a multi-unit Director and has experience developing sales, people and building strong business relationships.

BOB CULLINAN

Slice of choice: Pepperoni 
Bob joined Sbarro in 2017 to lead franchise development efforts for the North America with a primary focus on major concessioners, the college and university vertical market, and restaurant groups interested in multi-unit franchising. A veteran sales professional, he has over 30 years of experience in sales management and development with Fortune 500 companies and global entities.
